A portable set of eight marketing workflows for small businesses. Every file in this package is Markdown. No account, paid subscription, plugin, or particular AI provider is needed to begin the interview and planning work.
Start with any LLM
If your assistant can read folders, open this folder and send:
Read AGENTS.md and begin the small-business marketing intake. Use information I already gave you. Ask one focused question at a time, recommend a practical direction, and help me turn the answers into a marketing plan and tool setup.
If it can only read uploaded files, upload MARKETING-PLAYBOOK.md and send the same request, referring to that file instead. The playbook contains the full instructions, including the supporting guides. It does not require access to the other files.
If uploads are unavailable, paste the playbook into the conversation in sections. Ask the assistant to acknowledge each section and wait until you say "Begin." For a smaller context window, start with the operating instructions and intake sections; supply other workflows when needed. Keep your own saved copy of the business records so you can resume in a new chat.
An LLM can read these instructions as ordinary text even if it does not support automatic skill discovery. Its ability to save files, browse, install software, or operate services depends on the tools available in that session.

After the interview
The assistant prepares your business context, marketing plan, and setup record. It then identifies a supported skills or knowledge location in your chosen AI application and offers to save the package there. Already-authorized setup can proceed automatically when the necessary tools and permissions exist. Otherwise, the assistant supplies files and walks you through the steps.
The optional tool guide names software only to explain a possible role in your workflow. Existing tools and affordable alternatives can be used. Purchasing, authentication, publishing, and paid generation follow the authority you actually provide.
AGENTS.md is the main operating guide. CLAUDE.md is only an optional compatibility pointer to it. PACKAGE-NOTES.md explains the neutral edition. VERIFICATION.md records the checks.
