Read the confirmed website brief and reuse decisions already made. Do not restart the business interview.
Review the actual site or implementation against the needs of its visitors.
Check meaningful page structure, sensible headings, clear navigation and understandable link purposes. Controls should have visible labels or accessible names, and required information should not depend on hover alone.
Check keyboard operation and visible focus. Confirm that menus and dialogs can be opened, used and dismissed in a predictable way. Focus should not become lost or trapped unexpectedly.
Review text readability, contrast, zoom behavior, image descriptions and phone layout. Avoid using color alone to convey errors or status. Check that decorative motion can be reduced.
Forms should explain required fields, retain appropriate input after an error and give actionable feedback close to the affected control. Distinguish loading, success and failure.
Prioritize concrete failures. Use current authoritative guidance when available, but do not claim a standards audit or certification without the necessary evidence and scope.
Fix authorized issues and recheck the affected interactions. Label concerns found only in source review separately from behavior verified in a browser.
If a required capability is missing, follow tool setup. Read these instructions as text when persistent skill registration is unavailable. Keep business-specific notes in the project, not in this reusable bundle.
