Design review

Read the confirmed website brief and reuse decisions already made. Do not restart the business interview.

Inspect the actual draft and the desired customer outcome. State the few visual issues with the greatest effect on understanding, confidence or action.

Review hierarchy, alignment, spacing, line length, type scale, image choice, contrast, content rhythm and consistency. Check whether important information is easy to notice and secondary information remains readable.

Separate a demonstrated usability problem from a stylistic preference. Preserve choices the owner explicitly made unless they prevent the agreed function; explain that tradeoff before changing the direction.

Make a bounded refinement within the requested scope. Correct the observed problems and recheck the affected phone and desktop views. Avoid expanding a polish pass into a new identity or endless redesign.

Use before-and-after evidence when available. If the environment can inspect only supplied images or text, describe the basis of the review and leave live behavior unverified.

Deliver the changes, the customer-facing reason for them and any remaining checks. A design review does not prove that connected business functions work.

If a required capability is missing, follow tool setup. Read these instructions as text when persistent skill registration is unavailable. Keep business-specific notes in the project, not in this reusable bundle.
