Use this structure in marketing-plan.md or the business's existing planning system.
Planning decision
State the business objective, target customer, main offer, conversion action, planning period, baseline or baseline task, and review date.
Theme selection
| Theme | Customer question | Evidence available | Business relevance | Priority |
|---|
Fill only the themes that the business can support. A theme should lead to specific useful topics rather than a category so broad that anything fits.
Deliverable plan
| Item | Customer takeaway | Format and channel | Source assets | Owner | Due date | Next action |
|---|
Add quantities and review time. Record dependencies such as a needed photograph, product demonstration, or factual approval.
Reuse plan
For each main asset, identify which smaller pieces can stand alone and what must change for their audience or placement. Keep the underlying claims consistent. Do not force every asset into every format.
Distribution and follow-up
Specify draft review, publication authority, intended account, destination, and who responds to inquiries. Include any relevant campaign tagging and a method for recording sales feedback.
Review decision
Choose a small set of useful measures for each item's purpose. State what evidence would support continuing, revising, or stopping the approach. Use qualitative customer feedback when quantitative data is insufficient.
