Pilot sequence
Choose a completed or synthetic job. Include a missing source, pending authorization and unresolved field check. Confirm the LLM preserves all three. Check arithmetic independently and confirm the output is useful to the person doing the work.
Capture baseline preparation time, missing-record count and rework/callback count where relevant. Improvement must be measured; it is not promised by a skill.
Tools
No paid business application is required to draft records from supplied text. An LLM subscription or supported host may still be needed. Connected scheduling, mobile capture, calculations, CAD, technical databases and external actions require their own capabilities and setup.
