# Video production worksheet

## Brief

Record intended viewer, purpose, message, next action, placement, target duration, budget, deadline, source media, and review owner.

## Segment plan

| Segment | Approximate duration | Spoken or written message | Visual | Audio | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|

Use as many segments as the message needs. Do not add filler to reach a preset length. Make the main value understandable early.

## Generation brief

When generation is selected, specify subject, action, setting, composition, motion, visual style, duration, continuity needs, reference assets, and exclusions. Use controls actually supported by the chosen tool.

Record expected credit use when known, the spending limit, and the authorized operation. Check existing job status before repeating a possibly successful request.

## Editing plan

Identify the sequence, cuts, transitions, captions, voice or sound, emphasis, and final action. Use music and footage within their permitted scope. Give a manual editor enough information to complete the piece without guessing the business facts.

## Final review

Check the exported clip's pacing, visual continuity, audio clarity, caption accuracy, contrast, text placement, factual claims, and call to action. Confirm current placement requirements and that the file opens correctly.

If direct review is unavailable, list those unverified checks for the owner. Do not describe a planned or partially rendered clip as a completed deliverable.
