## Inputs and purpose

Use this workflow to prepare: Attributed customer themes and evidence quotes.

Start with: Supplied transcripts, emails, notes or survey text.

Use supplied text or local files the user authorized you to read. If files cannot be opened, request the relevant pasted text. Ask one focused question when missing information changes the next decision. Treat blank template fields as unknown; do not invent business facts.

## Procedure

1. Define the audience, question and set of supplied feedback records. Assign neutral record identifiers when quoting evidence.

2. Group observations by need, friction or desired outcome while preserving differences among customer segments.

3. Count records carefully and distinguish frequency in this sample from prevalence in the customer base. Keep contrary examples.

4. Return themes, supporting excerpts and unanswered questions. Verify every quotation against its source and remove unnecessary identity details.

## Deliverable

Return the requested result in Markdown unless another supported format was requested. Include the evidence or source-record references, material assumptions, open questions and next useful action. Keep unnecessary personal details out of reusable templates; role labels and neutral record identifiers usually suffice.
